Job Title: Cabin Crew – East Midlands

Ryanair is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Cabin Crew team at the East Midlands base. Training for this cohort is scheduled to commence in March. This role offers the opportunity to be part of Europe’s largest airline group, delivering exceptional service across an extensive international network.

Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, safety is the primary priority. Candidates must be prepared to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires flexibility, including early and late shifts (ranging from 5:00 AM starts to midnight finishes). Successful applicants will receive world-leading, free training to equip them with the necessary skills to ensure passenger safety and provide a premium inflight experience. No prior aviation experience is required.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in water.
  • Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English and able to pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
  • Must complete a mandatory situational judgment test during the application process.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
