Role and Responsibilities

This role serves as the face of the Ryanair Group, with the primary mandate being the maintenance of the highest safety standards while ensuring guests receive a top-class customer service experience. Cabin Crew members are pivotal to the daily operation and are expected to uphold professional standards at all times.

Applicants must acknowledge the demanding nature of the aviation schedule. The role requires flexibility for both early and late shift patterns, which may necessitate reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM or returning home close to midnight on the afternoon roster. Punctuality, adaptability, and resilience are essential for managing this structured shift environment.

Training and Career Advancement

No prior experience is required; candidates demonstrating enthusiasm and strong team spirit are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will embark on a comprehensive, internationally recognised, six-week Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height requirement: approximately 5’2” (157 cm) to 6’2” (188 cm).
• The physical ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Demonstrated fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
