The Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Cabin Crew Specialist is to maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and exceptional customer service for all guests during flight operations across the extensive Ryanair network (90+ operational bases).
- Ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures related to flight safety and security, maintaining compliance as the paramount priority.
- Delivering outstanding customer service that enhances the guest experience throughout the flight.
- Efficiently managing cabin sales and ensuring accurate financial transaction handling.
- Operating effectively within a demanding, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to frequent schedule changes and operational requirements.
- Reporting for duty during demanding operational hours, which include early morning starts (as early as 05:00 am) and late-night finishes (up to midnight).

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a rigorous 6-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This comprehensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, culminating in final written examinations and Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the entire Ryanair Network.
- Must be within the height range of 5' 2" (157 cm) and 6' 2" (188 cm) approximately.
- Demonstrated ability to swim 25 meters unaided is essential for safety compliance.
- High level of fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Must be flexible, hardworking, and adaptable to operating a shifting roster pattern.
