Positions are currently being recruited for multiple operational bases, with opportunities available for intake during the Autumn/Winter months across the Group's 90+ operational bases.

The Role Profile and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Ryanair Group's commitment to delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience. While the role is incredibly rewarding, it is also demanding, requiring unwavering professionalism, particularly regarding safety protocols which remain the number one priority.

Candidates must possess adaptability regarding working hours, as the operational schedule demands both early and late shifts. Crew members are required to report for duty as early as 05:00 on early shifts and may not return until midnight on late shifts. A strong capacity for working demanding shift patterns is essential for this position.

Training and Career Development

No prior experience is necessary; the Group provides comprehensive, free training. The candidate’s journey commences with a rigorous, internationally recognised six-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This course includes mandated study periods and regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU) and be able to travel freely across the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, demonstrating crucial safety preparedness.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and possesses an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Must enjoy working with the public and have a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
