The Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will function as an integral part of the flight operations team, ensuring the highest standards of safety and passenger care are maintained throughout all phases of flight and ground operations. Reporting directly to the Cabin Chief, the Flight Attendant's core responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing aviation safety protocols while delivering superior customer service standards to all passengers.
- Executing all mandatory on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the organization’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing in-flight sales and executing accurate cash handling and transaction procedures.
- Ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all passengers, assisting them with needs and inquiries during the flight.

Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements
Candidates must strictly adhere to the following essential criteria, compliance with which will be verified during the recruitment process:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity remaining and no existing limitations.
- Attainment of a minimum academic qualification equivalent to a high school degree.
- Demonstrated fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
- The ability to achieve a minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must be physically capable of swimming unassisted.
- Must be free of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official Wizz Air uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to reside, or relocate, within a 60-minute commuting distance of the Warsaw Chopin (WAW) base and maintain this readiness based on the operational schedule.
- Residency Requirement: The legal right to live and work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship is mandatory. Accepted documents include an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian passport holder with PESEL registration. (Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted).
- Medical Note: Applicants should be advised that spectacle or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may potentially result in failure during the mandatory aviation medical examination.
