Recruitment Day Information
We are continuously recruiting. Interested candidates are required to register for recruitment events. Due to limited capacity, all registered applicants will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability and address any queries. Failure to attend this call may require rescheduling for a future event.
Event Guidelines

Candidates must arrive punctually. The recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.

Required documentation includes: a valid passport and, if applicable, Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders only require their passport).

An updated English CV with an ID photo is mandatory.

Dress Code:
Smart business attire is required. This includes professional hair, makeup, and accessories if applicable. Recommended attire includes a suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer. Jeans, short skirts, or untidy appearances are not permitted.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event irrespective of the base they are applying for.
Role Responsibilities

Execute on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Welcome passengers and provide assistance during flights.

Receive remuneration from day one of training.
Minimum Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.

Must be able to swim.

Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).

Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be able to commute according to the work schedule.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

Possess an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.

Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.

Individuals with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
