The Role and Key Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew member is a vital part of the Wizz Air flight experience, focusing equally on paramount passenger safety and exceptional customer care. Cabin Crew members are part of a new family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring comprehensive compliance with all Company policies and aviation regulations during both ground and in-flight duties.
• Prioritizing and executing all safety procedures diligently.
• Providing a warm welcome and assistance to all passengers throughout the flight.
• Managing in-flight sales operations and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Acting as an ambassador for the company values and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria, compliance with which will be verified during the recruitment event:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possession of a valid passport, free of limitations, with a minimum validity of six months.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Georgia without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Attainment of a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to reach 210 cm (arm reach) while standing on tiptoes.
• Proficiency in swimming (able to swim).
• Must live, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes commuting distance of the chosen base (Kutaisi) to accommodate the work schedule.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official uniform.
• Candidates must exhibit an enthusiastic and cooperative personality, enjoying interaction with the public.

Note on Medical Requirements: Applicants wearing corrective lenses should be advised that prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may preclude them from passing the mandatory aviation medical examination.
