The successful candidate will be based at one of the Group's 90+ operational bases.

Key Responsibilities and Operational Demands
The primary responsibility of a Cabin Crew member is to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all guests onboard the Ryanair Group fleet. Furthermore, the role involves:
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Executing all in-flight operational duties and sales activities efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with the flight deck and cabin team to maintain a safe and punctual operation.
- Operating within demanding, adaptable shift patterns. Due to operational necessity, candidates must be prepared for early morning reports (as early as 05:00) and late evening returns (potentially concluding near midnight).
Training and Career Progression
The candidate's journey begins with a comprehensive, six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, emphasizing safety and service protocols. Training requires diligent study, successful completion of regular examinations, and culminates in mandatory Supernumerary flights before the official attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following mandatory criteria for consideration:
- The unrestricted legal right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
- The ability to comfortably swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrated fluency (speaking and writing) in English.
- Must hold a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, enjoying public interaction and the provision of high-quality customer service.
- Possession of a resilient, flexible, and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel and meeting new people.
