Essential Requirements for Aspiring Cabin Crew
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory, with a B2 level test administered during the selection process.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is considered a significant advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating calmness, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Possession of a European passport for unrestricted travel within the airline's network.
- Valid Codice Fiscale number.
- Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation) is required; training can be provided if not already held.
- Eligibility for the EASA medical examination.
- Clear criminal record.
- Ability to swim 100 meters.
- Residency within a 60-minute radius of the airport to ensure prompt availability.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to ensure access to safety equipment.
