The Role

As a Cabin Crew member for the Ryanair Group, the primary focus is on delivering exceptional safety and customer service to all guests. The role involves working a variable shift pattern, including early starts as early as 5 am and late finishes until midnight, reflecting the operational demands of a leading airline group.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day duties. This intensive program includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights, after which successful trainees will earn their Cabin Crew Wings. Requirements

Prospective candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Minimum height of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
