- Possession of a European passport for unrestricted travel within the airline's network.
- A Codice Fiscale number (legal requirement).
- Valid Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation); training can be provided if not currently held.
- Eligibility to pass the EASA medical examination.
- Clean criminal record (legal requirement).
- Ability to swim 100 meters for water safety.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the assigned airport for standby readiness.
- No visible tattoos or piercings that may compromise a professional image.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to ensure accessibility to safety equipment.
