About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member at Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe, individuals will ensure the safety and confidence of passengers onboard. The role involves being the primary point of contact for passenger needs, transforming the flight experience and ensuring safe arrivals. Key Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing safety and security onboard.
- Ensuring passengers reach their destination safely and with an impeccable experience.
- Acting as the first response to any situation onboard.
- Transforming passengers into a cohesive group, facilitating the success of each flight.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), equivalent to B2 level.
- Proficiency in other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle situations calmly, empathetically, and professionally.
- Possession of a European passport.
- Possession of a Codice fiscale number.
- Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation) or willingness to complete training.
- Fit for the EASA medical examination.
- No criminal record.
- Ability to swim 100 meters.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the airport.
- No visible tattoos or piercings.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes).
