Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

Working as a Cabin Crew member involves a commitment to both passenger safety and exceptional customer care. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  • Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Managing in-flight sales and handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing a warm welcome to passengers and assisting them during their journey.
  • Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Becoming an integral part of a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Essential Requirements for Candidates

  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and no restrictions.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship. This includes holding an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. Please note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to reach an arm's height of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, or a willingness to relocate to meet this requirement and accommodate work schedules.
  • Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • A demonstrated enthusiasm for working with people.

Important Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
