The Role: Safety and Service Excellence

The core function of the Cabin Crew member is to deliver a top-tier safety and customer service experience to all guests flying aboard Ryanair Group aircraft. The role is rewarding but highly demanding, requiring strict adherence to operational requirements and flexible scheduling.

Duty Profile and Commitment

• Ensuring the highest standards of safety remain the number one priority during all phases of flight operations.
• Operating flexible shift patterns, including both early morning and late evening shifts. Crew members must be prepared to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters and may not return home until midnight on afternoon rosters.
• Providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude, and handling public interactions with professionalism and ease.

Cabin Crew Training and Career Progression

New recruits will begin their journey on a comprehensive, six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program focuses on fundamental skills, safety protocols, and service delivery. Successful completion requires dedicated study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and be able to travel freely throughout the entire Ryanair Network.
• Physical requirements mandate a height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Must be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Candidates must be hardworking, flexible, adaptable to a rigorous shift roster, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• A genuine passion for travelling and interacting with diverse people is highly valued.
