Position Overview
The Ryanair Group, recognized globally as Europe's largest airline, operating over 3,600 daily flights and serving more than 600,000 guests, is actively recruiting for the next generation of Cabin Crew Specialists. The organization seeks highly motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join its established family of over 16,000 dedicated crew members across 90+ operational bases. This critical position is focused on maintaining the highest standards of safety and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Prior aviation experience is not required; applicants must possess significant enthusiasm, exceptional team spirit, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Candidates appointed will begin their journey during the upcoming Autumn/Winter recruitment intake. The recruitment process includes attendance at an In-Person Recruitment Day, scheduled for 20 November 2025, following the successful review of the application.

- Execute fundamental safety procedures efficiently during all flight phases.
- Provide professional, top-tier customer service to all guests with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Adhere to a structured and non-negotiable shift roster, which includes demanding early starts (reporting for duty as early as 5:00 am) and late finishes (returning home near midnight).
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience to operate within a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.
Training and Career Advancement
The journey toward becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew Specialist commences with an internationally recognized, comprehensive six-week training course provided at no cost to the recruit.
- The rigorous course involves intensive study, regular examinations, and concludes with required Supernumerary flights before the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
- A daily per diem payment of €28 is provided to support candidates throughout the training period.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height requirements: Must measure approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
- Must demonstrate water safety proficiency by being able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Must be proficient, speaking and writing English with fluency and ease.
- Must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, coupled with flexibility and a strong work ethic.
- Must be adaptable and willing to fully adhere to the rotating shift roster.
- Must exhibit a passion for travel and interacting effectively with the public.
