The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Pathways include advancement to roles such as Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially even Director of Inflight.

Successful candidates must be prepared to operate a varied shift roster, including early starts as early as 5 AM and late finishes extending until midnight. Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members are expected to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Be adaptable and willing to work a variable shift roster.
  • Possess a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public and the capability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable and proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Harbor a strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
