Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the Head of Cabin Crew assumes full accountability for the strategic management, development, and operational performance of the entire Cabin Crew team.
The successful candidate must bring proven leadership experience derived from a senior cabin crew or aviation management role. The ideal applicant will combine exceptional team management skills with an unwavering passion for service delivery excellence. Proficiency in utilizing the MS Office suite of applications is required.
