Head of Cabin Crew - Aviation Leadership Opportunity (Jersey)
Blue Islands is actively seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Head of Cabin Crew to join its established team in Jersey. This is a pivotal senior management opportunity for a proven leader dedicated to driving excellence in safety, service delivery, and regulatory compliance across the airline's vital connectivity routes for Jersey and Guernsey.
The Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the Head of Cabin Crew assumes full accountability for the strategic management, development, and operational performance of the entire Cabin Crew team.
- Provide inspirational leadership and daily management for all Cabin Crew personnel, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest industry standards of safety and customer service.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives across the department, fostering a positive safety culture and maximizing customer satisfaction levels.
- Work in partnership with the wider Training team to deliver, develop, and refine comprehensive training programmes.
- Play a key strategic role in the recruitment, selection, and structured onboarding process for new Cabin Crew members.
- Ensure all team members consistently uphold the airline's high standards of operational safety and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must bring proven leadership experience derived from a senior cabin crew or aviation management role. The ideal applicant will combine exceptional team management skills with an unwavering passion for service delivery excellence. Proficiency in utilizing the MS Office suite of applications is required.
