Opportunity and Training
Prospective Cabin Crew members will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips trainees with all fundamental skills necessary for their daily responsibilities, focusing on delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
Recruitment is currently underway for positions across one of the Group's many operational bases, with planned starts in the Autumn/Winter months. Qualified applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day, with specific dates, such as 16 October 2025, communicated upon successful application review.

Requirements
Candidates interested in this vital role must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible approach, coupled with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Be adaptable and comfortable working a dynamic shift roster.
- Possess a genuine enjoyment for engaging with the public and the capability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be proficient in speaking and writing English with ease.
