Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
The Cabin Crew member will be primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. This challenging and rewarding role encompasses a variety of critical duties:

Required Qualifications and Experience
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential requirements to be considered for this vital role:
- Possession of a valid passport with at least six months' validity remaining.
- Demonstrated legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Acceptable documentation includes an EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL. Please note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student visas) are not accepted.
- A minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for effective communication.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Current residency within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Chopin Base or a willingness to relocate to facilitate commute based on work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented personality.
- Candidates are advised that if they wear glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
