The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This intensive program meticulously covers all fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on delivering top-tier safety and exceptional customer service. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious Cabin Crew Wings certification.

Life as a Cabin Crew member is both rewarding and dynamic, with passenger safety remaining the paramount priority. The position demands adaptability and a willingness to operate various shifts, including early duties commencing as early as 5 AM and late shifts concluding around midnight. A fixed 5-day on, 3-day off roster pattern ensures a structured work-life balance for aviation professionals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work in the EU, alongside the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Candidates should maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Possesses adaptability and willingness to work a shift-based roster.
  • Enjoys engaging with the public and exhibits the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable and proficient in both spoken and written English.
