About the Role

As Europe's premier airline group, proudly serving over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, Ryanair Group is actively recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew members. Successful candidates will be based at one of the airline's 90+ operational bases, with roles commencing during the Autumn/Winter months. This pivotal role involves providing a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft.

Training & Career Progression

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Candidates should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is essential.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work a varied shift roster are crucial.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude are required.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
