Wizz Air is continuously recruiting talent and invites prospective candidates to attend an upcoming Recruitment Day. This event provides an opportunity to meet the team and complete the necessary assessments. Recruitment Day Protocol: Candidates must arrive promptly at the specified time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, inclusive of an ID photograph, must be presented upon arrival. Candidates are permitted to join any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are ultimately applying.
Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
Working as a Flight Attendant for Wizz Air involves managing crucial safety protocols while ensuring an exceptional passenger experience. The Cabin Crew member will:
- Uphold the highest standards in both safety management and customer care.
- Execute all assigned duties, both on board and on the ground, in strict adherence to Company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Professionally manage in-flight sales operations, including accurate handling of cash transactions.
- Warmly welcome passengers and provide necessary assistance and guidance throughout the flight duration.

Essential Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
- The candidate must be aged 18 or over.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months is required).
- Possession of the legal right to work in Bulgaria without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Passport or an EU Residence card. Other permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is essential.
- The candidate must be able to swim proficiently.
- The candidate must currently reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Varna) and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- The candidate must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- A positive and enthusiastic disposition, demonstrating a genuine enjoyment for working with diverse groups of people.
Medical Note: Candidates utilizing glasses or contact lenses whose prescription is above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
