Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Candidates for the Ryanair Cabin Crew role should meet the following essential criteria:
- A strong customer service-oriented background, ideally with previous experience in hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing environments.
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union.
- Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability to work a shift roster.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude when engaging with the public.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
- A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
