Recruitment Day Guidelines

Candidates must arrive strictly on time and be prepared for a selection process that may last until the late afternoon.

Attendees must bring an updated English CV containing an ID photo.

Compliance with all candidate requirements will be verified during the event.

This recruitment event is open to candidates applying for any base within the Wizz Air Malta network. Those wishing to apply for bases outside of the Wizz Air Malta network must attend a local recruitment event.
Key Responsibilities
The role of a flight attendant involves a combination of safety, customer service, and commercial duties:

Prioritizing passenger safety and providing high-quality customer care.

Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Managing cabin sales and cash-handling processes.
-
Welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout the duration of the flight.

Representing corporate values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Collaborating effectively within a diverse team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the cabin crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Hold a high school diploma.
-
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-
Hold a valid passport without limitations (with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining) and possess the right to work in the country of application.

Be able to swim.
-
Reside, or be willing to relocate, within 60 minutes of the chosen operational base, and be prepared to commute in accordance with the work roster.

Have no tattoos or body piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the standard uniform.

Exhibit an enthusiastic, people-oriented personality.

Meet the mandatory medical examination standards; please note that candidates with optical prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 diopters are unlikely to pass the required medical assessment.
