Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew Members are expected to demonstrate a strong aptitude for customer service and a genuine passion for travel and interpersonal engagement. Key qualifications and attributes include:
- A demonstrable background in customer service, ideally within hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing environments.
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across all EU member states.
- A height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English.
- A hardworking, flexible, and adaptable disposition, comfortable with shift rosters.
- An outgoing and friendly personality, capable of providing excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A strong enthusiasm for exploring new places and meeting diverse individuals.
