Candidate Requirements
Crewlink seeks highly motivated and adaptable individuals who possess a genuine passion for travel and customer service. Prospective Cabin Crew Members should demonstrate:
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment (e.g., hospitality, retail).
- Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a flexible shift roster.
- A friendly, outgoing, and hardworking personality, comfortable dealing with the public.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Assessment Day Information
