Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must fulfill the following non-negotiable criteria:

• Candidates must be aged 18 years or over.
• A valid passport without restrictions is required (minimum validity of six months).
• Successful completion of a high school education or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Applicants must possess the physical capability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• The ability to swim is required.
• Candidates must reside or be prepared to relocate to an address within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, ready to fulfill the work schedule requirements.
• The candidate must not have tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the standard Company uniform.
• A naturally enthusiastic disposition and a proven affinity for working effectively with the public are necessary attributes.
• Right to Work: The right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship is mandatory. Acceptable documentation includes an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or Ukrainian status with a valid PESEL number. Note: Other Residence Permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted.
• Medical Note: Individuals with a corrective vision prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may be unlikely to satisfy the compulsory medical examination standards.
