Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member

A Wizz Air Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include:

• Focusing on both safety protocols and superior customer care aspects throughout all flights.
• Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
• Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet specific criteria to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Applicants should possess:

• A valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months' validity.
• The legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (an EU Passport or EU Residence Card is required; other residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted).
• A minimum age of 18 years.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A completed high school degree or equivalent qualification.
• The valid right to live and work in Bulgaria.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• The ability to swim competently.
• The capacity to live or relocate within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base (Sofia) and be prepared to make this journey according to work schedules.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are exposed when wearing the standard uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality who enjoys working with people and excels in customer interaction.
• Please note: Applicants with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
