The Role: Delivering Excellence in the Skies

As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, upholding the highest standards of inflight service. This demanding yet highly fulfilling role requires individuals to operate early morning shifts, potentially commencing at 5:00 AM, and late-night shifts, concluding around midnight. Safety is paramount, and crew members are expected to maintain vigilance and adhere strictly to all aviation regulations.

Comprehensive Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including top-class safety procedures and advanced customer service techniques. Candidate Requirements:

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster.
A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
