As a pivotal member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering top-tier safety and customer service to over 600,000 guests daily across 3,600 flights from one of our 90+ operational bases. This demanding yet rewarding position requires adaptability, a strong commitment to safety, which is the paramount priority, and the ability to operate varied shifts, potentially starting as early as 05:00 AM or concluding past midnight.
New recruits will embark on an intensive six-week internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course. This comprehensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including in-depth safety procedures and customer service excellence. The training culminates in regular examinations, Supernumerary flights, and ultimately, the attainment of coveted Cabin Crew Wings.
