The airline is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of over 90 operational bases, with opportunities available for immediate start and for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. Training and Career Progression
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program is meticulously designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-tier safety and an outstanding customer service experience to our guests. The curriculum includes rigorous study with examinations taking place at regular intervals, culminating in Supernumerary flights followed by the prestigious Cabin Crew Wings certification. Life as a Cabin Crew Member
While life as a Cabin Crew member is dynamic and immensely rewarding, it is also a demanding role where safety remains the paramount priority. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning home as late as midnight. Flexibility and a readiness to work a variable roster are essential for this role.

Candidate Requirements
- Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU, with the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair Group network.
- A height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Demonstrated commitment to hard work, flexibility, and a naturally outgoing and friendly demeanour.
- Adaptability and a willingness to operate a variable shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
