Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, seeks candidates for its Future Cabin Crew program. This opportunity allows individuals to join a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s extensive network. Cabin Crew deliver exceptional customer service to a high volume of guests daily.

Life as Cabin Crew can be demanding, requiring early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5 am. Safety is the utmost priority.

The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Program allows aspiring candidates to express interest in joining a "hold pool" for future training courses. Applicants who successfully complete the initial stages, including an online English test and situational judgment questionnaire, will be invited to an online interview. Successful candidates will be added to the "hold pool" and prioritized for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses. Regular updates regarding future courses and location preferences will be provided.

Requirements:

• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Applicants must be between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and support another person in the water is essential.
• Ideal candidates are hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster are crucial.
• Candidates must enjoy interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for traveling and meeting new people.
