Cabin Crew Opportunity with Ryanair Group

Ryanair Group seeks enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its extensive cabin crew team. This role offers a fast-track career path within Europe's largest airline group, serving over 600,000 passengers daily across more than 3,600 flights. The successful candidate will be part of a team operating from over 90 bases.

This position requires no prior experience, but a strong team spirit and dedication to delivering excellent service are essential. The selected candidate will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training course, learning the fundamental skills needed to provide top-tier safety and customer service. The training includes study, examinations, supernumerary flights, and ultimately, the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Career progression opportunities are abundant, including roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight. The role, while fun and rewarding, demands flexibility and adaptability, with shifts beginning as early as 5 a.m. and sometimes concluding as late as midnight.

Requirements:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with shift work.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Passionate about travelling and meeting new people.
