Venue: VIP Tunnel Club @ Riyadh Air Metropolitano, Av. de Luis Aragonés, 4, San Blas-Canillejas, 28022 Madrid, Spain.
Event Schedule Overview:
- Morning: Welcome session and engaging group activities designed to showcase the airline's values and workplace culture.
- Afternoon: Individual assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Attendees are expected to remain for the entire duration of the event.
Dress Code:
Candidates are expected to present a professional and elegant appearance, reflecting the esteemed image of Riyadh Air's Cabin Crew. This includes:
- Females: A tailored outfit, preferably with trousers or a skirt, paired with a white shirt.
- Males: A suit with a white shirt.
- Hairstyles: Hair should be neatly styled, of a manageable length, and free from large or flashy accessories.
Key Requirements for Cabin Crew Candidates:
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are considered a significant advantage.
- Height & Reach: Minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm, crucial for operational efficiency and safety.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Swimming Skills: Demonstrated confidence and ability to swim with a flotation device for emergency preparedness.
- Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform; a polished and professional look is paramount.
- Visa & Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Education: A high school certificate or higher is required.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to service excellence.
