Core Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of passenger care and safety throughout all phases of flight. Key duties include:

Customer Services and Conduct

  • Consistently provide a premier level of customer service to all guests at all times, ensuring an enthusiastic, professional, and caring environment.
  • Expertly manage and resolve passenger concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively, utilizing superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ensure the diverse needs of passengers are met, paying special attention to cultural understanding and sensitivity.
  • Maintain an impeccable standard of public conduct, representing the airline with grace and professionalism.

In-Flight Safety and Security

  • Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures (SEP), first aid administration, and general in-flight service regulations.
  • Actively participate in ensuring all security protocols and emergency readiness measures are strictly adhered to, protecting the well-being of all passengers and crew.

Essential Candidate Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Cabin Crew Specialist position must satisfy the following strict requirements:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Must be a fluent speaker of the Persian language.
  • Age Requirement: A minimum age of 21 years is mandatory at the time of application.
  • Physical Standards: The candidate must possess a minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Medical Fitness: Must be fully medically fit and possess the ability to successfully pass the rigorous medical examinations mandated by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
