Candidate Profile and Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Attributes:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous, facilitating seamless communication with a diverse international passenger base.
Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 160 cm is required, with an arm reach of 212 cm, enabling efficient access to overhead bins and emergency equipment.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
Swimming Proficiency: Confidence in water is essential; candidates must be able to swim while using a flotation device for emergency preparedness.
Professional Appearance: A polished and professional demeanor is expected, with no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
Visa & Relocation: Candidates must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Education: A high school certificate or higher qualification is mandatory. Knowledge and personality are valued equally.
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is required, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver excellent service with a warm, welcoming approach.
