Candidate Requirements

Natural communicator with a passion for providing top-tier service and ensuring guest safety.

Ability to embody 'Hafawa' hospitality while ensuring guest safety and security.

Adventurous spirit and team player, excited to be the face of Riyadh Air and embrace travel.

Age requirement: Minimum 21 years old.

Education: High school certificate or higher.

Customer service experience: Minimum one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.

Height and Reach: Minimum 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.

Language: Fluent English is essential. Skills in other languages are welcome.

Swimming skills: Must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices.

Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.

Visa & relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh.
