Riyadh Air (RX), Saudi Arabia's new national airline, is seeking a motivated and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer to join its training team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in shaping the airline's cabin crew by delivering comprehensive training across Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Service & Hospitality, and Aviation Medical skills, ensuring compliance with GACA regulations and aligning with Riyadh Air's FRESH values.

About the Role

The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for the effective design and delivery of engaging training sessions. This individual will act as a coach, mentor, and role model, nurturing cabin crew members and inspiring them to excel. The position involves creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment while ensuring all training is of the highest standard and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience.
• Possession of current or previous Cabin Crew experience.
• Mandatory experience training crew in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
• Demonstrated first-class communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in technology skills relevant to training delivery.
• Ability to serve as a role model and inspire diverse crew members.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
• Understanding of and adherence to GACA regulations.
