Job Summary
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Cabin Crew Trainer to join its training team. This role is instrumental in developing cabin crew through engaging training sessions focused on Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Service & Hospitality, and Aviation Medical skills, ensuring compliance with GACA regulations.
About the Role
The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for the effective design and delivery of comprehensive training programs. This includes mentoring, coaching, and inspiring cabin crew members, ensuring all training aligns with Riyadh Air's FRESH values. The role emphasizes creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, acting as a role model and coach to nurture the airline's diverse crew.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of progressive Cabin Crew training experience.

Current or previous Cabin Crew experience.

Mandatory experience in training Cabin Crew, either part-time or full-time.

Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
