Role Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the planning and execution of Line Training Under Supervision (LIFUS) for Flight and Cabin Crew. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will manage training schedules, monitor crew progress from initial flights to full line release, and lead the digital transformation of qualification management using the NetLine Crew system.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the development, configuration, and optimization of the Qualifications and Training Management (QTM) module within NetLine Crew.

Collaborating with Crew Training, Fleet Operations, OCC, and IT teams to ensure training operations are punctual, compliant, and aligned with GACA requirements.

Monitoring and tracking line training progress, line check requirements, and release milestones for new joiners, upgraders, and transitioning pilots.

Serving as a subject matter expert to refine processes, prevent operational disruptions, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

A university degree.

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Crew Planning, Crew Training Planning, or Crew Scheduling.

Mandatory experience working for a commercial airline.

Demonstrated experience managing line training programs for pilots, including LIFUS, line checks, and progression tracking.

Desirable experience in crew management, operations, and training systems.
