The Role

Riyadh Air offers a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed 75 flight hours per month until the end of 2026 and full salary payment during the entire training period. Candidate Requirements

  • Age: Minimum 21 years old.
  • Education: High school certificate or higher.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
  • Height and Reach: Minimum 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is essential. Skills in other languages are welcome.
  • Swimming Skills: Must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices.
  • Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
  • Visa and Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh.
