Age: Between 20-29 years for non-experienced crew, up to 33 years for experienced crew.

Height: Minimum 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males.

Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.

Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos when in uniform.

Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties.

Swimming Ability: Required, with the ability to swim using a flotation device.

Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is considered an advantage.

Health: Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Languages: Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Interpersonal Skills: Presentable with a friendly and positive attitude, customer service oriented, capable of handling difficult situations and stressed customers. Possesses very good verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience
