Riyadh Air is hosting an Open Day Recruitment Event in Riyadh to identify highly motivated candidates. Event Format:

Day 1: Open Discovery Day (Open to all interested candidates)
- No prior registration is required.
- Gain insights into Riyadh Air's vision and culture.
- Meet the Talent Acquisition team in a relaxed environment.
- Submit applications and engage in introductory conversations.
- Selected candidates will be invited to Day 2.
Day 2: Assessment Day (By invitation only)
- Company presentation.

To ensure a professional and cohesive atmosphere, attendees are requested to wear attire that reflects the elegance and professionalism of Riyadh Air's cabin crew. A polished presentation is a reflection of the exceptional service standards upheld by the airline.

Ladies: A tailored outfit with trousers or a long skirt and a white shirt, or an Abaya is encouraged.
Gentlemen: A suit with a white shirt is recommended, or traditional Saudi attire (thobe and shemagh).

Hairstyles: Hair should be neatly styled and kept at a manageable length. Large or flashy accessories are discouraged.

Head Coverings: Neatly arranged hijabs, turbans, or scarves are welcome.

Candidate Profile: What Riyadh Air is Looking For

An adventurous spirit, teamwork capability, and the readiness to embrace new experiences are essential for representing Riyadh Air.

Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
Height: At least 160 cm (5'3") with an arm reach of 212 cm (6'11").
Age: Minimum 21 years old.
Swimming Skills: Confident in water, able to swim with a flotation device in case of emergency.
Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
Education: High school certificate or higher is required.
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role is required.
