Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting top-tier Cabin Crew candidates through digital channels, professional networks, and referrals.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of engaging assessment days conducted in various global cities to identify individuals with true potential.
- Leveraging technology and demonstrating a tech-friendly disposition to manage high volumes of applications efficiently and effectively.
- Applying strong report management skills to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Riyadh Air, ensuring potential hires feel at ease while accurately conveying the company's incredible story and ensuring candidate alignment with business needs.
- Proactively identifying and attracting passive, high-calibre candidates who possess an innate passion for aviation and a commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should ideally possess:
- A combined background including prior Cabin Crew experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of dedicated recruitment experience specifically within the airline or cabin crew sector.
- Familiarity with data visualization software, such as Power BI or similar technologies, is highly advantageous.
- A proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes with efficiency and precision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for talent.
