Mandatory Minimum Requirements for A320 Captains
Prospective Captains must fulfill the following non-negotiable criteria to be considered for this senior position:
- Possession of a valid EASA Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A current and valid A320 Family (A32F) Type Rating.
- A minimum of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
- Valid EU Passport or undisputed Citizenship within the European Union.
Required Flight Experience
Candidates must demonstrate significant command experience, adhering to these minimum flight hour requirements:
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1,000 flight hours accumulated specifically on the A32F aircraft type.
