- A valid FCL License (Airline Transport Pilot License [ATPL] or Commercial Pilot License [CPL] with ATPL credits).
- Current and valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.

- Demonstrated proficiency in German and English, with English language fluency meeting ICAO Level 4 requirements or higher.

- A professional, open, and friendly demeanor complemented by a well-groomed and polished appearance.
- Strong intercultural competence, enabling effective interaction with diverse global teams and passengers.
- Proficiency in swimming (mandatory safety requirement).
- Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection, a personal email address, and consistent telephone accessibility.
- The applicant must reside within a maximum distance of 50 km or 1 hour of travel time from the assigned operational base.
Highly Advantageous Qualifications (Preferred)
- Active Type Rating for the Airbus A320 family.
- Possession of a valid background security check (ZÜP).
