The Opportunity

K5-Aviation is actively recruiting a highly skilled and professional First Officer (Copilot) qualified on the Airbus A320 Family (A320FAM) Type Rating. The successful candidate will join the professional flight crew on a full-time, permanent basis, contributing to worldwide operations across the VVIP fleet. Immediate commencement is preferred.

Base locations are available at major German hubs, including:

Munich
Frankfurt
Berlin
Hamburg
Stuttgart
Düsseldorf

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Prospective First Officers must possess exemplary flying credentials and demonstrate the professional attributes required for exclusive VIP operations:

A valid EASA Pilot License with Airbus A320FAM Type Rating.
Current EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
Minimum of 300 Flight Hours experience on the A320FAM type.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (minimum).
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory.
Possession of a valid German Aviation Reliability Check (ZÜP).
High degree of flexibility, resilience, and adaptability to complex, worldwide scheduling.
Demonstration of a professional, friendly, and polished demeanor suitable for VVIP interactions.
Long-haul flight experience is considered a distinct advantage.
