- Type Rating: Possession of an active and current Airbus A320 Type Rating (A320 TR).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both German and English is required (English proficiency must meet ICAO Level 4 standards or higher).
- Residency: The candidate is required to maintain a permanent residence within a maximum radius of 50 km (or equivalent to a 1-hour commute) from the designated operational base station.
- Documentation & Eligibility:
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted EU passport (minimum validity of 6 months).
- Non-EU citizens must present proof of an unlimited residency permit and valid work authorization for the EU/Germany.
- A valid German Reliability Clearance (ZÜP) is considered a significant advantage.
- Connectivity: Must ensure reliable telephone accessibility, a personal email address, and consistent internet connectivity for operational communication.
