Global Flight Operations Pilot - Cincinnati, Ohio
Procter & Gamble seeks a highly skilled and experienced aviator to join their team as a Global Flight Operations Pilot. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of P&G personnel and guests on domestic flights within the lower 48 states.
As a key member of the flight operations team, the Global Flight Operations Pilot will:
- Plan and execute flights in accordance with all regulatory requirements, collaborating with flight planning vendors and scheduling teams.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills, fostering a cohesive and mission-oriented crew environment.
- Assume command responsibility for the aircraft and crew, reporting directly to the Chief Pilot. When assigned as Second in Command (SIC), the pilot will report to the designated Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with passengers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall positive flight experience.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow pilots, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders, embracing a team-oriented approach to flight operations.
- Actively participate in future planning, training initiatives, and management discussions to contribute to the ongoing success of the flight department.
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree (required)
- An Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) (required)
- FAA Class I Medical Certificate (required)
- Valid U.S. Passport, Driver's License, and English Proficiency (required)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (required)
- 2,500 hours total flight time for First Officer consideration (required)
- 3,500 hours total flight time for Captain consideration
- 500 hours multi-engine, turbine experience for First Officer consideration
- 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC experience for Captain consideration
- Gulfstream G650 and/or Bombardier Challenger 300/350 Type Rating (preferred)
