within its Inflight Service Department. Requirements
-
Minimum age of 21 years.
-
Possession of a valid passport, enabling unrestricted travel to and from the United States.

Height between 5’2” and 6’0”.

Willingness to work shifts extending up to 14 hours per day.

Maintain a professional image, free from visible tattoos, facial piercings, multiple or upper ear piercings, or hair colour not naturally occurring on humans, while in uniform.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ability to comfortably walk and fit down the aircraft aisle facing forward, move swiftly through over-wing exits, and occupy the flight attendant jump seat without modification or seat belt extension.

Proof of high school diploma or GED completion.

A clear driving record is required.

Successful completion of a 10-year Criminal History Records Check and drug screening.

Mandatory successful completion of all phases of company training.
Qualifications

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree.

Two (2) years of customer service experience.
Work Environment

Exposure to airport ramp/warehouse conditions, including varied weather and elevated noise levels.

Availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular schedules.

Extensive travel is required, with the ability to spend consecutive nights away from base.
Physical Requirements

Frequent actions include stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs.

Capable of standing and speaking for extended periods.

Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Competency in pulling or pushing catering carts in excess of 150 pounds.

Capacity to assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs.
Training

A 35-day paid ground school training program is conducted in Charlotte, NC.

Candidates are required to reside at a hotel in Charlotte for the five weeks of ground school.

Ground school is followed by up to two weeks of comprehensive on-the-job training.

Successful completion of all training phases is essential for continued employment.
